Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Teamwork is dreamwork: o You support the team in daily operations to drive personalized experiences for our customers o Analyze customer behavior to identify and define personalization use cases, developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions o Measure and analyze the performance of personalized experiences, creating regular reports to quantify business impact and optimize future campaigns * Experience product management: o Assist the team of Product Owners, focusing on defining user journeys, gathering requirements, and performing testing * Manage Day-to-Day Operations: o Oversee the day-to-day operations of personalized services, including myInfineon, web personalization, and marketing automation o Ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of personalized marketing initiatives o Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to personalization technologies and processes * Stakeholder Enablement: o Enable and update internal stakeholders by developing and maintaining documentation of processes, procedures, and guidelines o Create info-kits and other communication materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged o Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment and understanding of personalization strategies Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Study field: Currently studying Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technologies or a similar field of study * Interests: Digital Marketing and Product Management, some practical experience would be a plus; experience working within an agile setup would also be beneficial * Skills: o Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly o Familiarity with web personalization, marketing automation, and customer behavior analysis is a plus * Way of working: o Organized and structured o Strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges o Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team * Language skills: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week. * Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months. * You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
