Tasks
- You support the maintenance and further development of content in customer-facing tools
- You contribute to digital customer experience projects along the customer journey, including conceptual support in defining business requirements
- You support project-related testing activities
- You coordinate tasks and optimization initiatives using Jira, Confluence, and potentially Salesforce
- You research digital marketing topics and support trainings and learning initiatives for internal stakeholders
- You ensure the structured collection, analysis, and follow-up of stakeholder and customer feedback to improve portal and website services
- You support content updates, process documentation, and reporting
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in business, marketing, digital business, communication, or a comparable field
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Interest in digital platforms, websites, and customer experience topics
- Enjoy working in an international environment
- Proactive and self-driven working style with a hands-on mentality
- Initial experience with Jira or Confluence as well as content management systems is a plus
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
