Senior Key Account Manager

Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain and develop trusted relationships, ensuring Stada’s strategy is implemented across all organizational levels, including executive and board levels.
- Participate in strategic changes, such as price increases, trade activations, and channel shifts.
- Manage the full P&L of assigned customers.
- Continuously seek innovative solutions to improve channel profitability.
- Prepare and lead customer negotiations independently, presenting opportunities and risks on time.
- Develop and monitor annual customer plans (sales, profit delivery, promotions, merchandising, POS materials).
- Implement agreed PPA and negotiate NPD listings to expand the portfolio and shelf share.
- Manage G2N and promotional budgets effectively.
- Initiate trade solutions to boost consumption and evaluate promotional activities with Trade Marketing.
- Monitor customer performance, mitigate risks, and achieve sales and profit targets.
- Identify growth opportunities from customer insights and turn them into actionable plans.
- Work independently with market data (Nielsen) and provide examples of impactful solutions.
- Monitor competition and identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Legal, Accounting).
- Provide regular updates on sales, G2N, and promotional spend, along with reliable monthly forecasts.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience managing key customers and executing annual plans (sales targets, G2N, promotional spend).
- Advanced P&L understanding and negotiation skills.
- Strong selling and presentation skills, including creating effective selling stories.
- Ability to translate brand strategies into customer needs and identify insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Driving license (B).
- Fluency in English.
