Drive and own application strategy and bluebook for automotive Onboard-Charger and DC/DC-conversion Develop a value proposition and market picture by capturing global requirements, including system cost and pricing inputs, and support G2M concepts for these applications Manage a cross divisional system competence team of Product Marketing and Technical Marketing to derive specific product requirements for 10 Product Lines from all Divisions of Infineon (internal: PSS, GIP, CSS and ATV) You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation, clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. You are personally committed to the customer's concerns, award them a high priority and anticipate even the future needs of customers and engage actively with the customer about these needs. Furthermore, you set yourself ambitious goals and remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances. A technical degree, e.g. in Electronic Engineering or Informatics or Physics At least 10 years of experience in the automotive industry preferable in the field of Onboard-Charging Experience in customer interaction, ideally with both OEMs and T1s Proven skills in managing cross-divisional teams including product marketing and technical marketing experts and to form a winning team to drive the whole application area People and project management skills to organize a cross-functional team of around 20 experts globally Very good analytical skills in order to access the different options and to derive product requirements Intercultural skills to drive a diverse team in different regions with marketing and technical focus Fluent English skills We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
