- Your main tasks include the independent acquisition and support of customers via telephone - in doing so, you convince with your competent and individually tailored advice to customers from the automotive industry (workshops)
- You take over the acquisition and initial consultation of potential new customers for our software product
- You qualify prospects, identify sales opportunities, and proactively manage your lead and customer pipeline independently
- Follow-up calls to follow up on sales opportunities and closes are part of your daily routine
- Together with your sales colleagues you are continuously in close exchange about lessons learned and together you develop sales strategies to win new customers.
- As an experienced sales representative, you will ensure an excellent customer experience through your proactive, service-oriented, engaging and friendly communications
- Administrative tasks such as maintaining, updating and expanding customer data in our CRM system are a matter of course for you
- Optional and depending on inclination and interest: Support at our monthly customer events and trainings within the scope of the organization & active content support.
