To strengthen our Plywood sales team in Hamburg we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the German and Austrian markets. You will be responsible for developing existing and new accounts, providing technical support and conducting operative sales.

What you will do
- Manage a structured sales approach to designated accounts together with the Area Sales Director
- Implement a commercial sales strategy
- Operative sales and after-sales
- Provide technical support for different end-use applications
- Pricing and profitability control
- Analysis and sales planning
- Participate in the creation, implementation and follow-up of business and customer plans
Who you are
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as wood science and technology, marketing, business administration, or an equivalent professional qualification
- You have at least 3 years of experience in plywood business and/or constructions and wood products distribution business
- You are experienced in B2B sales work
- You can build strong relationships with customers, and you have excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
- You have a proven track record in sales
- You have a broad commercial understanding and sales process knowledge
- You are self-motivated and self-disciplined
- You have good language skills in German and English
