Confectionery is the business of the expanding, internationally active family-owned company RAGOLDS GmbH. In Hamburg and Boizenburg, exciting product and marketing concepts for the distribution of confectionery at home and abroad are developed and implemented with great inventiveness and flat hierarchies.

Your tasks
- You coordinate national and international customer orders from receipt to delivery - on time, reliably and efficiently.
- You check and monitor promotional quantities, keep an eye on stock levels and provide feedback to the sales team.
- You maintain master data - from new customers to ongoing projects.
- You handle returns, discrepancies and complaints - in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- You coordinate with freight forwarders, monitor delivery dates and ensure that goods are in the right place at the right time.
Qualifications
- Completed training as a freight forwarding agent (m/f/d) or similar commercial training
- Initial professional experience in order processing and basic knowledge of international trade
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of customers
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
