As a Marketing Communications Manager Flagship Fairs and Signature Events on our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role You will increase the demand for Infineon products and solutions, generate qualified leads, and create a platform for customer discussions at our trade shows. For the flagship events, you will be responsible for holistic project management, both in terms of content conception and the onsite experience. Are you an expert in PR and event conception and enthusiastic about technology? We'd love to hear from you. * Positioning of Infineon products and solutions in their specific competitive environment * Strong storytelling of technologies and technical aspects to a wide range of target groups * Comprehensive project management of trade fair appearances and signature events -- from planning and conception to on-site implementation, including accompanying communication measures * Management of agencies, booth builders, and other service providers * Budget control and ongoing optimization of the cost-benefit ratio for all measures This is a temporary contract for 24 months. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed As a Marketing Communications Manager Flagship Fairs and Signature Events, you manage your performance consistently and reliably. Furthermore, you are ready to accept risks and take the necessary measures where required. Lastly, you promote an awareness for continuous quality in your area of work. * A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Event Project Management, or a related field * At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a PR, event agency or other areas of communication field * Extensive expertise in marketing communications - optimal use of all digital communication channels and media is second nature to you * Several years of experience in working with and managing external service providers * Very good knowledge of implementing projects in the trade fair/event sector, both in analog and digital environments * Skilled in fostering cooperation among global, multi-disciplinary teams, successfully managing high-pressure scenarios with a steady and solution-oriented mindset.
