Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - Amazon
Your Responsibilities
- You own and grow our Amazon marketplace business, defining and executing a strategy for sustainable growth
- You steer the commercial success of our Amazon shop by managing the product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities
- You plan, execute, and optimize our Retail Media and Amazon Ads campaigns to drive performance
- You are responsible for the quality of our product detail pages, ensuring excellent content and a high conversion rate
- You manage our product catalog and ensure high-quality data
- You oversee the operational performance, product availability, and account health on Amazon
- You build and maintain performance reports and conduct regular business reviews
- You leverage AI and automation to improve our marketplace operations
Your Profile
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or vocational training, ideally with a specialization in e-commerce or a related field
- Several years of experience in Amazon marketplace management
- Proven expertise with Amazon tools such as Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Brand Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and results-oriented way of working
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
