Then join us as a Junior Field Marketing Manager UK and drive partner engagement and pipeline growth in a rapidly expanding part of our UK business. As part of our expansion and internationalization, we are looking for a Junior Field Marketing Manager for the UK market. The position is remote (based in the UK or Germany is possible), you will report to our team in Germany and work closely with the UK Sales Team. This position is designed as a development path and offers clear prospects for you to progress into a more strategic and autonomous role with increasing impact.
You bring the following:
- Initial experience in marketing, events, communications or a comparable role (internships and working student positions welcome)
- Interest in IT topics and the motivation to continuously develop yourself and learn new things.
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive work ethic, reliability, and the will to deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and team spirit, as well as confidence in collaborating in an international team.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- German language skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
- Willingness to travel to or within the UK for events and meetings if required.
Here's what you can expect:
- Support in planning and implementing field marketing activities in the UK, including targeted campaigns, webinars, trade fairs and partner events.
- Coordination of webinars and events (setup, invitations, registrations, speaker support, materials and follow-up communication)
- Close collaboration with UK Sales to align marketing activities with partner priorities and pipeline targets.
- Creation of key assets for the UK market (emails, landing pages, presentations and event materials)
- Tracking and reporting of performance based on defined KPIs (participation, engagement, leads and pipeline contribution) as well as optimization based on the results
- Maintaining accurate campaign and lead data in relevant systems and ensuring a smooth handover to sales.
- Support with coordination with external partners and service providers as needed.
