These are your tasks
- Partnership on equal terms: You build long-term relationships with our event organizers and are their first point of contact for all questions relating to the system and processing.
- Process optimization: You proactively identify where the organizers are struggling and work with them to optimize the processes involved in advance ticket sales and admission organization.
- Tecchnical Support & Onboarding: You will help new and existing partners make the most of our software and solve challenges quickly and in a solution-oriented manner.
- Interface management: You coordinate collaboration with internal departments (e.g., IT, customer service) to ensure that everything runs smoothly for the organizer.
- Right in the thick of things: You will assist at events on site at the box office, coordinate admission, and take care of clearing-you will ensure that no technical questions remain unanswered on the day of the event.
What you should bring with you
- Your background: You have commercial training (e.g., event manager) or a degree in business administration, event management, or a comparable field. Career changers with a strong service mindset are also welcome.
- Service mentality: Friendliness and service orientation are a matter of course for you. You listen, understand the needs of the organizers, and find solutions.
- Digital native: You feel comfortable in software environments. You don't need to be able to program, but you should be open to working with complex backend systems, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Communication: You communicate in a friendly and clear manner-whether on the phone, by email, or in person.
- Mobility: A driver's license is required so that you can provide our organizers with optimal support on site.
