Here’s how you will support us:Drive and manage key inside sales processes (lead routing, qualification, handovers, offering workflows) and ensure consistent execution.Act as point of contact for sales teams regarding process and CRM-related topics in daily operations.Coordinate the offering and routing slip process in close collaboration with Sales and Legal.Ensure high CRM data quality through regular checks and clean-ups.Create reports and dashboards while tracking relevant KPIs.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Field Sales and RevOps/IT to continuously optimize workflows and interfaces.Ensure defined sales processes are consistently followed and proactively flag deviations or bottlenecks.Support user access management and basic CRM configuration tasks.
