HR Process and System Expert (SF Employee Central)
Key responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the implementation project of SuccessFactors Employee Central starting early 2025 (template design, configuration, integration, data cleansing & migration, testing, training, after-go-live-support) in alignment with organizational goals and guiding principles.
- Serve as the Global Key User for SF EC and another SF module overseeing: Solution adoption across regions.
- Management of AMS, ensuring system stability and issue resolution.
- Partner with regional SF Key Users, providing support and enablement to ensure effective and efficient system utilization.
- Managing system updates through the release management process and continuously enhancing SuccessFactors to align with evolving business needs and requirements.
- Work closely with our external HRIT service provider, our IT department, and our technology partner, SAP, to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Partner with global Key Users from other SF modules and HR systems, ensuring alignment, a customer-focused approach, and comprehensive end-to-end process consideration.
- Understanding business needs and translation into an actionable request for approval and prioritization within our Demand Management Process.
- Support the CoEs in optimizing, automating, and implementing their processes in SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent systems.
- Drive the execution of our HR transformation goals and global HR IT strategy.
You bring these skills, experience & education
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ideally with a certification.
- Familiarity with all SuccessFactors talent modules (Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation) or with SF Time Tracking & EC Payroll.
- Experience in AMS, release cycles, and managing change request processes.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting with strong analytical skills, proficient in using Excel and SF Reporting / SF People Analytics.
- Strong planning and coordination skills, coupled with a solution-oriented mindset and good prioritization abilities.
- Solid understanding of HR roles & processes and best practices with the ability to suggest process improvements.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work empathetically but effectively with international teams (internal and external).
- Strong enthusiasm for keeping up with trends in HR and HR technology.
- High affinity for supporting change and innovation processes.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages like German are a plus.
