HR Operations Specialist
Purpose:
To empower and engage in the execution of HR administrative activities (Data Management, Reporting, Data Quality), ensuring alignment with Dynamic Shared Ownership principles and fostering a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Execute HR transactions in internal employee systems with a focus on autonomy and accountability
- Process partner for Hiring Managers, HR Business Partner, TA and employees
- Execute hiring and onboarding activities (i.e. systems management, contracts, medical checks) with close cooperation with Talent Acquisition team
- Engage with workflow systems to support team efficiency and resolve issues
- Collaborate with external stakeholders (i.e. relocation companies)
- Proactively monitor and address process exceptions, bottle necks/road blocks, seeking opportunities for improvement
- Embrace flexibility to adapt to evolving process requirements
Who Your Are:
- Proficient in relevant IT systems (SAP and Workday) and digital tools that support agile and responsive HR practices
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist role/HR Admin
- Basic knowledge of polish labour law
- Nice to have experience in onboarding and hiring processes, including for foreign candidates
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office suite applications
- Proficiency in English (B2), with effective communication skills for diverse interactions
- Additional European language - beneficial
- Openness to continuous learning and skill development in line with Dynamic Shared Ownership values
- Openness to work in a hybrid model, with a requirement to be present in the Gdańsk office once a week or as needed
