- Own the end-to-end process flows for assigned HR processes, ensuring efficiency, standardization and compliance.
- Identify risks within processes and ensure appropriate internal controls are in place.
- Design, improve, document, and onboard stakeholders on HR processes.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure process performance.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR master data across all systems.
- Act as the primary liaison for HR, addressing employee concerns and ensuring smooth communication.
- Drive the implementation of process changes and identify opportunities for cross-process alignment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to organize workshops and meetings related to process design and improvement.
- Work together with the ESG team to deliver the EU reporting
- Work together with the analytics team to develop dashboards that proactively identify errors and pass them on to operations to fix them
- Act as a program/project manager for key HR projects, ensuring successful implementation of changes.
- Oversee outsourced HR activities to ensure compliance, alignment with financial targets, and best practices.
- Actively participate in the rollout of the LEO People Portal, contributing to process flows, role assignments, testing, and training.
- Work together with the HRIS team and the rest of the Process Owners to secure LEO’s data model.
- Manage data integration and migration projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to HR data processes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Strong business experience with SuccessFactors, Service Now and other HR-related applications.
- Proven expertise in the full lifecycle of SuccessFactors implementation, from project preparation to post-go-live support.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g. LMS, recruitment, onboarding, training).
- In-depth knowledge of core HR business processes and systems.
- Experience in leading data quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Technical knowledge of developments, configurations, and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Extensive knowledge of project management practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Great understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English
