HR Digitalization Specialist (m/f/d) Data & Payroll Systems
YOUR TASKS:
- You ensure that our master data and payroll systems run smoothly. Furthermore you identify optimization potential and implement it efficiently, your goal is to continuously design, improve and modernize our processes.
- Modern digital systems and system integration are your area of expertise. You replace our legacy systems, migrate existing data to SAP and further develop processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- You provide your colleagues with comprehensive trainings and support them with detailed documentation. This is how you ensure a smooth transition to the new systems.
- You implement and maintain reports and KPIs. You will also keep an eye on legal changes and adapt our processes and systems accordingly.
- You work closely with other specialist departments to improve the interfaces between master data management and payroll accounting. You ensure seamless integration and communication
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies or training, e.g. in (business) informatics or other with an IT focus.
- Several years of professional experience in the application and configuration of SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, PY, PT, OM and/or ESS/MSS), in particular in the areas of master data management and payroll accounting.
- Ideally knowledge of ABAP, ABAP Objects, Web Dynpro, FORI and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Relevant knowledge of laws and regulations in the area of master data management and payroll accounting, ideally in (manufacturing) industry or retail.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
- IT affinity, analytical approach and an independent, structured and service-oriented way of working.
