You will work closely with managers, manage recruitment and HR processes, and drive forward issues that are relevant to both employees and the business. Your Future Role
- Responsibility for the smooth running of all operational HR processes for defined clients/units/departments - in particular rental, sales and procurement
- Point of contact for employees and managers in the assigned units for all HR-related issues
- Close coordination with HR experts from the individual HR disciplines
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process: selection, interviews and contract negotiations, including prior needs assessment and profile creation
- Advising and sparring with managers on topics such as personnel planning, performance and labour law issues - with an understanding of sales requirements
- Designing measures relating to further development, performance and employee satisfaction
- Collaboration on HR projects with strategic relevance (e.g. digitalisation projects, employer branding, process optimisation)
- Preparation of strategic decision templates for HR management
What You Bring to the Team
- Completed degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on human resources management or personnel management
- Initial professional experience as a recruiter, personnel officer, HR business partner or in the HR field is desirable
- Strong consulting and problem-solving skills in all personnel-related issues
- Experience with applicant management systems (e.g. Onlyfy), XING Talent Manager and/or LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Confident use of MS Office programmes
