To strengthen our Platform Operations unit in the Engagement-to-Sales area, we are looking for a
Functional Owner - Engagement to Sales (m/f/d)
(Hybrid in Cologne or remote within Germany / Full-time / Permanent contract)
Your Responsibilities
- Provide functional leadership for a cross-functional team of two developers and two HubSpot admins, in close collaboration with the Engineering Manager
- Structure and prioritize incoming requests and own the technical implementation of features and automations along the engagement journey (e.g., HubSpot, website)
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Tech to design data-driven processes and deliver an optimal user experience
- Advocate for and continuously improve HubSpot capabilities across the organization
- Drive technical enhancements to optimize the customer journey from first touchpoint to conversion
Dein Profil
Your Profile
- Degree in IT, Marketing Tech, Web Development or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience in functional leadership of projects or teams, ideally in a tech-driven environment
- Solid knowledge of HubSpot; ideally experience or understanding of frontend technologies (HubL, JavaScript, CSS)
- Proven ability to prioritize backlogs and manage diverse stakeholders
- A solution-oriented, collaborative, and communicative hands-on personality with strong organizational skills and a structured approach
- Excellent English skills - German is a plus
