We’re looking for a driven Event Manager to join our GTM team to drive transformation through building solutions that bring real results.
At A11, we believe that execution beats theory. We’re looking for a highly structured and energetic Event Manager (m/f/d) to join our GTM Team and take ownership of all events - from intimate satellite gatherings to large-scale flagship events with over 1,000 attendees. Your mission? Design and deliver unforgettable experiences that fuel our Go-to-Market strategy.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our MD and collaborate cross-functionally with teams across A11 to lead projects end-to-end - from concept to execution. You're not just a planner - you’re a strategic thinker with a strong aesthetic sense, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to stay calm and confident under pressure. When a work stream hits friction, you’re the first to identify the root cause and implement a clear, pragmatic solution.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own the end-to-end project management of GTM-related events
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and contingency strategies
- Secure, manage and coordinate vendors, venues, and external partners
- Drive sponsorship acquisition and ensure win-win collaboration with partners
- Track KPIs and gather post-event feedback to continuously optimize our events
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership throughout the event lifecycle
- Maintain strong attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
- Ensure all events reflect A11’s brand, values and quality standards
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in event management or a related role
- Proven experience organizing events with over 1000 attendees (you’re confident in high-stakes, high-visibility environments)
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sponsorship management abilities
- Hands-on, energetic, pragmatic mindset-you take action and solve problems when things go off-track
- Highly structured, with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
- Fluent in English and German (C2 or native level)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
