The position
- The environmental sales engineer is responsible for building the market in your region (postal code areas 0-3, 4-6, 7-9).
- You are responsible for building and maintaining contacts with municipal wastewater treatment plant operators and other decision-makers in the wastewater market.
- You are responsible for customer identification, relationship building, and acquisition. Once a customer is contractually bound, you hand the process over to our operations department to provide and integrate the technical back-end.
- You'll gain in-depth knowledge of your market and provide feedback to the company on business opportunities, market gaps, and trends. Your opinion matters, and your recommendations are highly valued.

Your background
- You have successfully completed training/studies in the field of environmental/process engineering or possess comparable qualifications in this area.
- You have relevant professional experience, ideally in the wastewater market.
- You are open to new technologies and enthusiastic about them.
- You work independently, in a goal-oriented and customer-focused manner, develop constructive solutions and value teamwork.
- Good German and English skills, as well as willingness to travel regionally.
- Driving licence class B
