TACSY is a social media agency and content production company based in Cologne and Berlin. We focus on the strategic development, production and management of our clients’ social media channels. We work for many exciting brands and companies and create content that inspires.

- Your tasks
As Director, you are responsible for the smooth running of projects and productions. You are the first point of contact for questions from the team lead and report directly to the management:
- You work creatively with our management and support them as a sparring partner for customer strategies and new ideas
- You assign tasks to the team lead and ensure that he leads his team successfully and in an employee-friendly manner
- You are in direct exchange with customers and take over the project management of our key accounts
- Your skills
You bring a great social media affinity and understanding of current digital trends to the table
- You have already gained several years of professional experience (at least 7 years) in the areas of social media, project management and production for exciting brands/companies
- Creative concepts and strategies come easily to you
- You are able to communicate and advise both directly with customers and your team
- You have an excellent command of English and perhaps have lived/worked in an English-speaking country for several years
- You have experience with Facebook Ad Manager and know your way around online marketing
- You know how to use MSOffice as well as iWork (especially Keynote and/or PowerPoint)
- You like to take responsibility, you are solution-oriented, organized and on fire for your projects and your team
