Campaign Planner
As a Campaign Planner, you’ll bring your Strategic and Operational Background expertise to work alongside thought leaders in security assistance on projects for Combined and Joint Forces. You’ll use your skills and expertise to manage the command's strategic planning cycle, facilitate joint planning groups, and develop the command's campaign plan.
Work with us to develop, maintain, and manage the command's strategic planning calendar and associated battle rhythm, including campaign plan Line of Effort (LOE) working groups, Plans Management Board, and Commander's Decision Board.
You served your country as a uniformed military member, Government Service civilian or Department of Defense contractor. Further your career while creating mission-forward solutions that matter.

You Have:
- 2+ years of experience working at the Division headquarters level or higher
- 3+ years of experience leading the Joint Planning Process or Service equivalent planning process
- Experience leading planning groups in the development of Campaign Plans
- Ability to develop products and deliver briefings at the executive military and civilian level
- Ability to coordinate across staff functions and command echelons
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Completion of the Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Component or Combatant Command level J5 planning
- Master's degree in Strategic Studies, National Security, or a related field
- Graduate of an advanced military planner school such as SAMS, SAW, SAAS, or JAWS

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
