What do you bring with you?
To support our management team, we are looking for a dedicated Assistant (m/f/d) with an affinity for online media and marketing. The position includes both organizational and graphic-related tasks across various projects, as well as classic team assistant duties.
Work experience.
Hands-on experience with office software, graphic design programs, and social media, along with a structured and reliable working style.
Team Spirit.
We are all a team and work together. Only together as a team are we strong.
Responsibilities.
Duties included supporting management with organizational and graphic tasks, assisting with online media and social media activities, and handling general office and team work, including coordinating and preparing documents and presentations.
Personal initiative.
Only if you also contribute your own skills in a meaningful way and are prepared to work independently.
Good knowledge of English.
These are indispensable in the international arena.
Conditions.
The position is preferred on a part-time basis (approximately 25-30 hours per week) and offers varied tasks with personal responsibility, alongside collaboration within a dedicated team.
