Key responsibilities
- Deliver financial performance analysis to the Executive Board on Revenue, EBITDA and Free Cash Flow
- Create, maintain and develop standard reporting package by market and by product
- Consolidate and coordinate data collection across markets and perform variance analysis by market and by product during reporting cycles (Forecast, Budget, Business Plan)
- Assess and validate market financial results delivering financial recommendations to leaders
- Drive innovation with critical thinking to streamline and develop internal processes
You bring these skills, experience & education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or Economics
- At least 1 year of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling; experience in FP&A, Controlling Department or in a Big4 is a plus
- Knowledge of IFRS GAAP and how to perform a financial performance analysis
- Experience in delivering financial reports in a multinational environment for Month-End Close, Forecasts, Budgets
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (advanced Excel is required); experience in reporting software (e.g. Essbase, HFM, Cognos, TM1) is a plus, knowledge of coding (VBA, Python) is a plus
