On behalf of our customers we are looking for an Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) in the greater Cologne area as part of our service of direct personnel placement.
Your tasks
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to contract signing
- Identifying and approaching suitable candidates via online platforms and networks
- Conducting telephone and video interviews as well as candidate assessments
- Advising managers on recruiting strategies and labor market trends
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool
- Supporting employer branding and HR marketing initiatives
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, psychology, HR management or similar
- Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in an international environment
- Excellent English skills, German skills advantageous
- Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong communication, organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
