We are currently recruiting for the position of

Associate Director / Investment Director (m/f/d)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, or co-lead, the investment process and due diligence activities for private equity fund investments
  • Proactively screen and evaluate new fund investment opportunities
  • Manage relationships with fund managers to secure allocations in top performing private equity funds
  • Contribute to institutional sales and client relationship development
  • Coach and mentor junior members of the investment team

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Excellent academic credentials, university degree or similar
  • Very strong analytical skills with attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Thorough project management experience and ability to manage various projects simultaneously
  • Strong English and German communications skills (both written and spoken)
  • Proactive team player with passion for private equity
  • Required private equity fund investment experience:
    • 4 years for the Associate Director position
    • 6 years for the Investment Director position
