Then come and join our team as Global HR Process Lead (f/m/d) to  combine process knowledge and operations expertise and leverage them to ensure the successful execution of projects and thus contribute to the general effectiveness and efficiency of all processes. You will support the Regional HR Services Heads and COE Leads to design, develop and implement HR Services standardized processes on global governance level and support improvement initiatives and ensure HR Services processes are efficiently plugged into end-to-end global HR processes.
Choose the best place for your work –  Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will monitor the effectiveness of global policies and programs for the specific service and process and recommend modification. You will continuously evaluate HR process performance and identify opportunities for improvements. You will estimate cost savings of implemented improvements.
  • You will advise, define, implement and maintain the respective global standard HR services process(es), ensure the highest level of standardization across regions while being mindful of the plugin of local differences. Validate HR / customer experience requirements associated.
  • You will safeguard global HR process standards and assess incoming change requests. This includes the functional and design implications of deviations from global standards.
  • You will estimate cost implications of standard HR services process deviations in alignment with relevant Stakeholders
  • You will  work closely with HR Service Excellence to make sure that the (global) mandatory service levels and corresponding KPIs are defined for each process.
  • You will develop ideas for, plan, and promote HR solution implementations to increase productivity, decrease rework and duplication in all global HR Services processes.
  • You will consult with customers to define and organize HR requirements for automating and/or replacing information processes/systems for HR Services and ensure their needs are met.
  • You will define, maintain and communicate the global HR Services process portfolio, incl. standard setting on pricing, quality, productivity and compliance.
  • Through establishing the right governance and communication channels related to Global HR Services Processes, you will ensure effective knowledge and best practice sharing across the global HR organization.
  • You will continuously evaluate feedback from our regular Customer Service Survey to identify opportunities for global process improvements, conduct internal/external surveys to seek feedback on needed improvements. You will monitor competitive market trends in HR services processes and assess where in the current service delivery improvements can be made.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a u niversity degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • You have many years of related experience in HR Consulting, HR Services or within an HR CoE; in global or multi-regional matrix organization
  • You have many years of experience within HR Systems and HR Processes as well as Project Management and strategy implementation
  • You have structured knowledge of HR CoEs, interaction, operational and strategic level
  • You have extensive knowledge of HR policies, processes and procedures and standardization thereof
  • You are experienced with relevant tools and technologies, preferably Workday and ServiceNow

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have fluent English language skills; German is a plus
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills across all levels and functions (CoE Heads, Centralized Functions)
  • You are used to work in global teams in a matrix-organization
  • You excel by good conceptual, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have a high level of Customer & Service Orientation, and you display a commitment to service
