Product Experience Manager

RESPONSILIBITIES
• Testing new products before launch, considering the specific usage habits of the region. You'll then create detailed reports outlining product strengths, weaknesses, and potential improvements based on user data.
• Partnering with product managers, developers, and headquarters teams, you'll play a key role in defining product requirements with a deep understanding of Middle Eastern user preferences.
• Through user research and usability testing, you'll gather valuable feedback to validate design choices and identify areas for improvement.
• Design user interactions and user scenarios for mobile systems, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and feedback to developer teams.
REQUIREMENTS
• A Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in product management / product Experience management or as a Technology Key Opinion Leader
• Fluency (written and spoken) in both Arabic and English is essential
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify user pain points and craft effective solutions.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies is crucial for creating products that meet user needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
